Inspection and Monitoring
Inspection and monitoring has served as the core of this Business Unit’s operations. With a high level of expertise, EMS Canada has built a strong reputation as the industry leader in designing, implementing, and progressively maintaining quality Leak Detection and Repair (LDAR) programs throughout the country.

Our primary goal is to provide comprehensive, yet flexible management and field capabilities to all industrial segments to ensure that compliance and operating requirements are met at the lowest possible cost. Our technicians are skilled in all fugitive emissions operations and management and have a thorough understanding of all aspects of leak detection and repair programs. It is our commitment to customize a program of integrity from regulatory application and review to generating timely reports. EMS Canada has also been on the forefront of new technology for the industry and has incorporated forward-looking infrared imaging to our services offered.

Analytical
EMS Canada’s Analytical group has the field and laboratory personnel needed to provide our customers with a wide range of analytical services. EMS offers routine sampling of cooling towers, waste water, and fence line monitoring for permit or turnaround support. We also offer emergency response for major leaks, containment breaches, and other events requiring immediate sampling and analytical results.

Leak Repair
EMS Canada’s Leak Repair team has a primary goal of fulfilling our customers’ needs by providing you with the best methods possible for on-line leak repair requirements.

Most importantly, we can offer you a cost-effective solution at the quality of service you rely on by performing our on-line leak repairs while your plant remains operational. This added benefit saves your facility from costly shutdowns for repairs as well as product or energy loss. Our on-line leak repair services include custom clamps and associated hardware. Our leak repair personnel are on call and available to you for leak solution, and fabrication 7 days a week, 24 hours a day. In addition, we offer a low-cost, long term flexible alternative to pipe clamps or pipe replacement with I-WRAP™.
