EMS's I-LINE integrity restoration systems combine composite materials impregnated with high performance polymers that act as a “stent” or protective liner in pipelines and conduits.
I-LINE Cured-In-Place Pipe (CIPP) repair involves the insertion of a resin impregnated lining tube which is then cured to form a tight fit against the existing conduit wall.
I-LINE CIPP can be used to rehabilitate many types of pipelines and conduits found today. With aging and deteriorated systems, conventional dig and replace methods are costly and impractical. I-Line CIPP offers non-disruptive solutions for integrity restoration and service improvement.
Systems are available for full line repair as well as economical, localized solutions.

I-LINE products can be employed in gravity sewers, force mains, water and process lines diameter 2’’ and larger. Complex pipeline geometries and challenging environments can be addressed through the use of various composite material constructions as well as a selection of both thermosetting and chemically activated resin systems.
Process can be applied to various piping systems:
- Storm lines
- Utility conduits
- Sanitary lines
- Rain leaders
- Condensate return lines
- Contaminated water sewer
